Product Overview
SP-LDE series cast water treatment flowmeterBased on Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, when a conductor moves in a magnetic field, an induced electromotive force is generated at both ends of the conductor perpendicular to the direction of the magnetic field and the direction of the conductor's motion. The magnitude of the electromotive force is proportional to the speed of the conductor's motion and the magnetic induction intensity of the magnetic field. Widely used in production processes such as petrochemicals, steel metallurgy, water supply and drainage, irrigation, water treatment, environmental wastewater control, papermaking, pharmaceuticals, food, etc. for flow measurement and control.

Casting water treatment flowmeterPerformance Table of Electrode Materials
| Electrode material | Main performance and scope of application |
| Molybdenum containing stainless steel (0Cr18Ni12Mo2Ti) |
Used for industrial water, domestic water, sewage, weakly corrosive media, widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, urea, and vinylon. |
| Hastelloy B (HB) |
It has good corrosion resistance to all concentrations of hydrochloric acid below boiling point, as well as to non oxidizing acids, bases, and salt solutions such as sulfuric acid, phosphoric acid, hydrofluoric acid, and organic acids. |
| Hastelloy C (HC) |
Capable of withstanding corrosion from oxidizing acids such as nitric acid, mixed acids, or mixed media of chromic acid and sulfuric acid, as well as corrosion from oxidizing salts such as FE++, Cu++, or other oxidizing agents. Corrosion of seawater by solutions of hypochlorite above room temperature. |
| Titanium (Ti) |
Capable of withstanding corrosion from organic acids, alkalis, etc., but not resistant to corrosion from relatively pure reducing acids such as sulfuric acid and hydrochloric acid. But if the acid contains oxidants (such as nitric acid, FE+++, Cu++), corrosion is greatly reduced. |
| Tantalum (Ta) |
It has excellent wear and corrosion resistance, similar to glass, and can withstand almost all chemical media (including hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid, and aqua regia) except hydrofluoric acid, fuming sulfuric acid, and alkali. |
| Stainless steel coated with tungsten carbide | Used for non corrosive and highly abrasive media. |
| Platinum iridium alloy | Suitable for almost all chemical substances, but not for aqua regia and ammonium salts. |
